Size, strength, speed, and power are the underlying and most valuable physical attributes that any football player could have.
The goal of this three phase, 12 week offseason program is to help you increase size, strength, power, and explosiveness that can be directly translated to the field and help you dominate your upcoming season.
This program includes:
1 x 30 minute video/ phone call to determine experience level, goals, and resources
12 week custom training plan
Online instructional videos
Biweekly feedback and video analysis

MEET YOUR COACH
HI! I'm Corey Chapman, owner of CFS Sports performance. I help athletes physically prepare to perform at their highest potential in their sport.
As a Division 1 college football player at Purdue University I found my passion for strength & conditioning. My college strength coach challenged me and gave me the confidence to push myself beyond my comfort zone and mental barriers. My fascination with the profession encouraged me to pursue a Master's Degree in Sports Science.
My football career led me to Germany where I played seven professional seasons in the 1st German Football League. I'm extremely thankful for opportunities to help athletes of all ages and experience levels physically prepare for their respective sports.
My passion is much bigger than strength & conditioning. My goal is to inspire people and pass on what my strength coach gave me; the confidence to approach and achieve any goal/dream through hard work and commitment.
