Fix your feet (Pdf +video links)

Within a few inches/centimeters between the rest of our bodies and the ground are 52 bones, 66 joints, and over 200 muscles, tendons, and ligaments.... With that in mind I'll usually always try to find ways to help put my athletes in positions that promote the proper function of their feet.  People are built differently and have more/ less of an arch in their feet. Shoes, injuries, and the demands of our sport can also have an impact on how our feet function.  Comprising roughly 1/4 of the bones in our body, our feet have a huge impact on our performance and when neglected can heavily influence dysfunction throughout our entire body.
